Service Rates

• Appearance Fee (Initial 2 Hours) - $225 (Includes setup and teardown)

• Each Additional Hour - $110/hour (Charged in ½-hour increments after first 2 hours)

• Half-Day Package (up to 4 hrs. on site) - $400 flat rate

• Full-Day Package (up to 8 hrs. on site) - $800 flat rate

• Overtime/After Hours - $165/hour (Weekdays after 5pm)

• Standby (Waiting Period) - $90/hour (Billed in 15 minute increments)

• Travel Fee - $0.70/mile beyond 30 mi radius

• Parking/Tolls - Cost of bill

• IME/CME Recordings  

  • Appearance Fee (Initial 2 Hours) - $215

  • Additional hour - $90/hour

• EUO Recordings

  • Appearance Fee (Initial 2 Hours) - $225

  • Additional hour - $110/hour

  • Half Day (up to 4 hours) - $400 flat fee

• Short Statements / Interviews 

  • Appearance Fee - $215 (Initial 2 Hours)

  • Additional hour - $100/hour

• Remote / Hybrid Deposition Setup - +$40 flat rate 

• Picture in Picture (PiP) / Split Screen - +$20/hour

• Weekend / Holiday Booking - +20% surcharge

• Last-Minute Requests - +$50 flat rate (Applies to bookings with less than 24 hr. notice or unexpected changes.) 

• Standard Editing - $65/hour

• Video Synchronization  - $55/hour

• Rush Editing (next-day delivery) - +$75 flat rate

• Certificate of Authenticity - $25 flat rate (Same day delivery or Printed and Mailed otherwise included) 

• Additional Copies - $70 flat rate (Standard MP4 format)

• Re-upload fee (Digital Link) - $25 per re-upload

• Archiving - +$20 per filmed hour (Storage on our server and in house for up to 7 years) 

• After 5:00 PM of day prior to scheduled proceeding - Appearance fee will be charged.

• No Show or On Site Cancellation - Appearance fee will be charged.

These fees are mandatory and billed to the scheduling party.
